Getting started
Fletching Recipe gives the fletching table a crafting screen. It makes arrows more cheaply than the crafting table, tips arrows in bulk, and makes explosive arrows.
Install
- Install Fabric with Fabric API, or NeoForge, for Minecraft 26.3.
- Download Fletching Recipe and put the jar in your
modsfolder. On a server, players need it too. - Optional: add JEI to look up every fletching recipe in game.
The mod adds no new blocks or items. It works with the vanilla fletching table, which villages already have and which you craft from 2 flint and 4 planks.
Your first arrows
1. Right-click a fletching table. The screen has three input slots in a column, an explosive slot on the left and the result on the right.
2. Put flint in the top slot, a stick in the middle and a feather at the bottom. Take the result to get 8 arrows.

- Top: 1 × Flint
- Middle: 1 × Stick
- Bottom: 1 × Feather
- Makes: 8 × Arrow

Each slot has a fixed role. The arrow recipe only works with flint at the top, the stick in the middle and the feather at the bottom.
3. Try the other crafts.
- Spectral arrows: 4 glowstone dust at the top and 1 arrow in the middle.
- Tipped arrows: a lingering potion and 16 arrows.
- Explosive arrows: 4 arrows plus gunpowder, TNT or a fire charge in the explosive slot.
Where to go next
- The fletching table: how the screen decides what to craft
- Configuration: change amounts and explosive ingredients
- Fletching recipes: add your own recipes with a datapack
